  • 39 Marjory Ave.
  • More addresses coming.

39.2 Who oversees individuals?

Whomever calls “HEEE” a faggot in 2026, it still happens 30-150/day, should seriously consult a doctor for a mental health check.  They are kids, youth, adults, all strangers that “HEEE” has never met and many times they are neighbors and residents using proximity and captivity to harass. Apparently:

  • Apartment neighbors, Julia Lehman – harasses multiple times daily from outside and inside the building, and maybe Peter. Many of their guests (Tyler and others), children or adults, harassed “HEEE” since January 19, 2026, repetitively calling out faggot/He’s gay, I know/gay.
  • Convenience store owner Ramu of AD General and many guests of this store stalk and verbally abuse “HEEE” when they see him.  They block passage, call out faggot/gay.
  • Neighbors in Sault Ste Marie living on each side of “HEEE’s” residence, kids and adults calling faggot/gay.
  • Employees of the Canadian Tire in Sault Ste. Marie (severe verbal abuse and stalking, the security agent was monitoring their behavior and telling the customer service ladies “not to say that”). A group of 5-7 employees standing at the paint counter waiting to call out gay/faggot while “HEEE” was approaching – led by a predatory manager in a black shirt (male, bald, mid 40-50s, tall, maybe homosexual, not his first time harassing “HEEE”). Between Feb 07 and Feb 17, 2026.
  • Employees of the McDonalds in Kirkland Lake (SEVERE – Mental check required with most of them, multiple times calling out faggot individually or screaming it as a group during the week of February 2, 2026).  Several clients as well and parking lot sexual loiterers.
  • Students and staff of École Catholique Sainte-Thérèse could be heard through town.
  • Random neighbors calling out faggot outdoors all times of day. Same with children playing outside calling out “Faggot” when they see “HEEE”.
  • Neighbors stepping outside with their children happily calling out faggot from 379 Timmins. A mother and daughter (382 Ferguson) open their front door and calling out “It’s faggot day”.
  • Group of women walking daily, in the afternoon and calling out “Faggot/ He is gay” when passing in front of “HEEE’s” residence. Several times a week between January 20 and March 10, 2026.
  • Residents likely looking for a sexual encounter with “HEEE” or coerced into harassing:
    • Eljo Prince – daily verbal abuse, likely homosexual, now evicted. Mc Ewen mine employee.
    • Zachary Keenan, verbal abuse, likely homosexual, frequently saying faggot on his own time or while working remotely for McEwen, Black Fox Mine. His boss even seemed to say it (faggot) out loud during a meeting occurring when Zachary was working remotely. Moans from his room when he sees “HEEE” walking by.
    • Sanket Mahir, likely homosexual, repetitively saying faggot inside or outside the apartment, with people over the phone saying it and asking to show them “Fagot” through the camera, from India or Canada. LCBO employee.
    • Olivia Gioa,  police officer, said gay several times daily, sometimes with friends over the phone.
  • 373 Timmins Ave.. A women (mid 50s, long brown hair) and a man can often be heard and seen calling out “faggot” from outside or inside their home.
  • 366 Dennings, teenagers calling out faggot from balconies or inside apartments
  • 367 Dennings, adults and their children calling out faggot from inside and outside the house.
  • 368 Dennings, passengers of a white Dodge Durango frequently calling out faggot when driving in front of “HEEE’s” residence while he’s shovelling snow.

This harassment campaign will not stop until the police arrests harassers and companies start firing employees.  Harassment actions are planned and organized.  Awareness actions done by saying “don’t say that” will do nothing other than inviting the next predator waiting in line for his turn to harass. No deterrence at all. And, using an “homosexual police team” will likely not help because they could decide to be very lenient to protect their own.

Ontario’s 2025 population is estimated to 16 millions. Logically, “HEEEs” death is the only way to guarantee a stop to the harassment campaign.  Still, SOHPs will use “HEEEs” death as a reminder to others of what can happen to people that do not comply with SOHPs.

40- Why are the construction and/or public work employees along the Martin Goodman trail verbally abuse ‘HEEE” ?

(Added 2025-11-09)

41- Situational question about police services: Would the following scenario qualify as conflict of interest, professional misconduct or harassment?(Added 2025-11-09)

For the past year, every time “HEEE” goes to the gym, many clients verbally abuse “HEEE” while he can’t see them.

After 10-15 minutes of clients calling out “gay/faggot”, a police officer arrives at the gym, or happens to be there, intervenes by telling them that it is not correct to say that.

The clients argue that “HEEE” is gay and that it is the reason why they are calling “faggot/gay”.  To maintain some level of calm in the gym, the officer negotiates with them by saying “I know he’s gay, but you can’t say it”. The clients diminished their harassment until the officer left and started again.

Did the officer’s response validate and encourage harassment actions, or did he indirectly partake in the harassment campaign?  Does agreeing with predators ever the right choice?  How could the officer maintain impartiality?

The predators could now think: “Well, if the police agree, we are right.  Let’s keep it up. They can’t arrest all of us.” Could the officer’s response encourage predators to maintain their harassment actions?

(Added 2025-11-09)

42- Situational question about fire services: Would the following scenario qualify as conflict of interest, professional misconduct or harassment? (Added 2025-11-09)

Local firemen are asked by predators to partake into the harassment campaign by conducting a fire awareness activity on the street where the target lives to test his sexuality.  They will bring a truck or 2, park them, and go door-to-door to speak about fire safety to residents.  They will start a few houses before their target home and finish a few after.  If the target answers the door, he is heterosexual, if the target does not answer the door, avoid contact with firemen, he will be considered homosexual.

Did the firemen validate and encourage harassment actions, or did they indirectly partake in the harassment campaign?  Does agreeing with predators ever the right choice?  How could the firemen maintain impartiality?  (Added 2025-11-09)

43- Do the predators even realize they are harassing? Do they comprehend what their actions amount to? Do they have the mental capacity to understand they are (psychological/sexual) predators? (Added 2025-11-09)

44-Do the predators know that every time they use the expressions (He’s gay, faggot, gay, fag, etc) or nicknames ( The Faggot, Faggot, The Fag) to refer to “HEEE”, they commit harassment. Do the predators know that nicknaming someone Faggot/The Faggot is harassment? Do people know that just using those nicknames amounts to harassment? (Added 2025-11-09)

45-Why is it many predators that cross path with “HEEE” callout ‘’faggot/he’s gay’’ when “HEEE” does not give them attention or recognition? Why do the predators expect attention or recognition when they refer to “HEEE” as “Hey, it’s The Faggot or It’s Faggot” before they cross path, and after, confirm by saying “yeah, he’s gay” because they haven’t received attention/recognition from “HEEE”.

(Added 2025-11-09)

46- What are objectification and sexual objectification? (Added 2025-11-09)

47- How can the predators be well mentally if they relentlessly harass the same person daily for over a year? How can their followers be well mentally if they decide to join in on the harassment because they think it’s normal and acceptable?  Many of the predators are adults raising children, many of the predators are youth, how well are they mentally to pursue such actions?  (Added 2025-11-09)

48- Situational question: Would these situation examples qualify as harassment? (Added 2025-11-09)

Situation 1: Many times, predators coordinating encounters by having men or women time their whereabouts with “HEEE’s” location, even in front of “HEEE’s” residence. And sometimes, by having people watch how the situation unravels so they can have witnesses and decide about someone’s sexuality.

Situation 2: “HEEE” is in the front yard tuning up his bicycle and testing the fixes. A neighboring woman walks by  with a young boy.  Arriving at her home, she sits on the front porch with a man while the boy plays in the front yard. Over 30 minutes, they say aloud “He’s gay”, “He’s gay”, “He’s gay” one after the other.  Later, “HEEE” tests the bike and passes in front of their house, the lady screams “FAGGOT”.

Situation 3: Many times, backyard neighbor’s youth playing ball in the back alley, or hanging out, screaming or saying aloud “Faggot / He’s gay”.

Situation 4: Many times, backyard neighbors have loud patio conversations during which they include “ He’s gay / faggot” in their sentences intertwined with eerily laughter. Example:

Speaker 1: I’m glad to see you, “He’s gay”, how have you been, “Faggot”

Speaker 2: Not too bad, “Faggot”, it has been a while, “He’s gay”

Speaker 3: “Faggot” What are we having for lunch? “He’s gay”

Situation 5: “HEEE” is at the gym and pedestrians see “HEEE” training and scream towards the windows “ FAGGOT”

Situation 6: Many times, women walking across the street starring at “HEEE” and saying “It’s the faggot” and calling “HEEE” gay when “HEEE” does not provide recognition.

Situation 7: Many times, “HEEE” witnessed parents walking with their child and the parents could be heard saying to their child ‘’Say it” and then the child would say “He’s gay”, sometime pointing with the finger. Using children like “Child Soldiers”.

Situation 8: Many times, a child would say to his parents “He’s gay!” when they saw “HEEE”, to which the parents would reply “Yes, he is gay”.

Situation 9: Many times, “HEEE” encounters families at intersections.  They often seem to arrive at different intersections at the same time as “HEEE” does or just a little before and the kids start referring to “HEEE” as ‘’He’s gay, He’s gay’’ and the parent agree with them.

Situation 10: A baseball coach telling his players aged 8-10 years old, “Look kids, that’s what a real faggot looks like!!’’ while “HEEE” passes by.

Situation 11: A man standing on a front porch with is son and partner, pointing “HEEE” and telling the child “That’s a faggot”. A few weeks later, that child screams “FAGGOT” as “HEEE” passes by.

Situation 12: Predators waiting for public transit at specific locations, monitoring and texting about “HEEE” wherabouts and actions, sometimes verbally abusing, while pretending for the need to use public transit. Sometimes, they just leave after “HEEE” has passed by.

49- Is it possible that some adult predators have deferred the harassment tasks to their children and youth because it’s more difficult to pursue legal actions against minors? (Added 2025-11-09)

50- Situational question: Could these examples describe predators using children to lure “HEEE” into an interaction with children? (Added 2025-11-09)

Situation 1: An elderly woman heard insisting on the teenage girl she is walking with to smile at “HEEE” as they cross path.  The teenage girl refused and looked down with discomfort.  After “HEEE” passes by, the elderly woman says“He’s gay”.  Was the elderly woman trying to have “HEEE” flirt with the teenager?

Situation 2: About 15-20 high-school male teenagers in school uniforms on the Martin Goodman Trail  (Jameson Ave, midweek, early afternoon) crossing path with “HEEE” while some verbally abused “HEEE” as he biked by.  Could a teacher send this group to pretend to play disc frisbee precisely at that time to force an encounter with “HEEE” and see if “HEEE” would try to interact with them?

Situation 3: “HEEE” is walking in the evening, crosses path with a boy and then crosses the next street. “HEEE” crosses the street and to his left a boy tells the man next to him, “Can we call the police?”, the man answers “ No, we can’t because he hasn’t spoken to him”.  Did the man (father?) send a boy to walk by “HEEE” to see if “HEEE” would try to interact with the boy?

51- Can a compliment repeated 100 times a day, several days in a row, to the same person by 100 different people be considered harassment? Could that compliment shift from an appreciative remark to a “course of vexatious comment or conduct” ? Could it become unwelcome and cause discomfort, humiliation and fear for the recipient? Could that recipient become worried about the mental wellness of these 100 people? (Added 2025-11-09)

52- Have any residents been cautioned or charged of criminal harassment for continuously whispering “gay, fag, faggot” from their unit or hallways, or have a friend say “gay, fag, faggot” through a call, 10-30 times /day ? (Added 2025-11-09)
53- Could the predators work for social media companies, like Facebook, and use their position to force feed content onto their target? (Added 2025-11-09)

54- Why are the predators now verbally abusing “HEEE” louder and from much closer? Are they trying to force a reaction so they can communicate that “HEEE” is rude and aggressive? (Added 2025-11-09)

55- Why would the predators believe that harassment is an acceptable form of social recognition amongst people sharing demographic similarities? (Added 2025-11-09)

56- Can the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder be about a person?(Added 2025-11-09)

57- Could some of the predators be schizophrenic when they believe they can see what “HEEE” is doing or know what “HEEE” is thinking? (Added 2025-11-09)

58- Is schizophrenia a mix of hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking and behavior?(Added 2025-11-09)

59 – Does this harassment campaign qualify as gang stalking?

60- Should clients of the TTC, saying ‘’FAGGOT / He’s gay’’ loud enough for ‘’HEEE” to hear them from the street still be aloud to ride the TTC?  Can the TTC be used as a mean that provides safety for predators to freely commit harassment knowing their target can’t do anything from the sidewalk or from their bike? What can the TTC do to prevent or to stop its employees and clients from harassing “HEEE” and other targets while their all using the TTC?

61- What do the predators or Sexually Obsessed Homophobic Predators (SOHP) hope to obtain from their homophobic harassment actions?

Could they be looking:

  • to increase the homosexual demography,
  • to obtain sperm donations to reproduce,
  • for a casual sexual relationship,
  • for an international recognition as a powerful demography that can force anyone to adopt their lifestyle by:
    • Destroying reputations, sabotaging employment, finances, and living situations with intent to break the target’s will and induce a state of desperation while letting them know it can all go away if they submit,
    • Controlling service delivery in corporations and public services in ways that affect their targets. Obtaining and sharing out large private information about their targets, for example, from medical professionals, banks, utility companies, cities, etc.
    • Stalking and sharing their targets habits,
    • And maybe, getting away with causing some targets to commit suicide.

REMINDER: As far as “HEEE” could tell, his harassers are mostly homo/bi-sexual females and males, and heterosexual females, of most age. Heterosexual male that harasses seem to do it due to coercion from their partner.

62- Other than “HEEE” being cautioned of criminal harassment towards a police officer for reporting by email to many times harassment actions, has anyone been cautioned or charged of criminal harassment for continuously whispering “gay, fag, faggot” ?

63 – Is there progress made in stopping the harassment campaign? It seems nothing has changed.   The same harassment level day in, day out, wherever “HEEE” goes and travels too (walk, bike, city transit, subway, coach bus, plane, etc.)  With certainty, the SOHP have published “HEEE”s identity openly and worldwide. There must be an underlying mental illness.

64 – Is it true that SOHPs might have published HEEE’s name and picture in a pedophile’s register with Ontario’s schools to be shared with families and children?  Maybe elsewhere (provinces, countries)?

65- Why do homosexual women call men they don’t know faggot while walking by them?

An Internet search has helped with insight:

The use of derogatory terms like “faggot” by some homosexual women towards men in public, often while passing by, is complex and generally stems from a mix of attempting to reclaim a slur, expressing anger, or engaging in aggressive social signaling. While such actions are not representative of all lesbians, the usage within some subcultures can be attributed to several factors:

  • Reclamation of Language: Similar to the reclamation of words like “dyke” or “queer,” some LGBTQ+ individuals try to remove the stigma from, or “reclaim,” slurs by using them to describe themselves or to remove their power when used by others. When used toward strangers, this can be an aggressive form of this reappropriation.
  • Defensive Aggression/In-Group Signaling: Using the word in public spaces can be a tool for in-group solidarity (i.e., signaling to other queer people) or an aggressive act to make homophobic individuals uncomfortable, reversing the typical direction of such abuse.
  • Insulting Masculinity/Toxic Behavior: The term is sometimes used simply as a direct insult for men deemed to be acting in a “weak,” “soft-spoken,” or “toxic” manner, regardless of the sexual orientation of the person being insulted.
  • Shifting Definitions in Youth Culture: Among younger generations, the term has expanded beyond just gay men, becoming a more generic insult for anyone who deviates from social norms or acts in an annoying manner.

66 – Why do women call men faggot when they are not looked at?

An Internet search has helped with insight:

The use of that specific slur by women against men in contexts of rejection or ignored attention is generally a form of demeaning, emasculating, and hostile language intended to humiliate. It is often used to assert power or control in situations where the speaker feels ignored, rejected, or that a social boundary has been violated.

Based on sociolinguistic and psychological interpretations of such behavior, here are the primary reasons why this occurs:

  • Emasculation and Rejection: The term is primarily used to humiliate men by attacking their masculinity. When used after not being “looked at” (i.e., not receiving attention), it serves to mock a man’s worth, suggesting he is “soft” or “less than” a man. It is a way to turn the tables, taking the power back by making the man the target of disgust.
  • Policing Behaviors/Norms: Such language is often used to police behaviors that do not conform to strict, traditional, or toxic definitions of masculinity. If a man is deemed “less masculine,” he may be targeted with this slur to enforce traditional gender roles.
  • Anger and Frustration: Slurs are commonly used to express high-intensity emotions like anger and frustration. If a woman feels rejected, ignored, or angry, she may use the most derogatory word available to express that hostility.
  • Dehumanization: The term acts as a dehumanizing tactic, making it easier for the speaker to express extreme contempt without guilt, often in a “hateful” or “shame-inducing” manner.
  • Internalized Homophobia/Sexism: Research suggests that homophobic and sexist language are often interconnected, and individuals—regardless of their own sexuality—may use homophobic slurs to punish others when they perceive a threat to their own status or social norms.

67 – Why do women coerce their boyfriend into calling other men faggot?

An Internet search has helped with insight:

Coercion within a relationship, including pressure to use homophobic slurs, is generally rooted in a desire to establish power, control, and adherence to rigid social norms

When a partner pressures another to use derogatory language like “faggot,” it is often an attempt to enforce traditional gender roles, police masculinity, or display social dominance.

Based on research into coercive control and social behavior, here are the underlying reasons for such actions:

  • Enforcing Masculinity and “Gender Policing”: Homophobic slurs are frequently used to define and punish behaviors that fall outside of traditional, rigid definitions of masculinity. A partner may coerce a male partner into using this language to affirm his dominance, strength, and heterosexuality, or to mock other men who are perceived as weak or non-conforming.
  • Power and Coercive Control: The use of derogatory language can be a tactic to assert power and control within the relationship, forcing the partner to conform to the initiator’s demands. This type of behavior is intended to humiliate others and can be a form of emotional abuse that diminishes a person’s self-esteem.
  • Social Approval and Conformity: Some individuals use slurs to win approval from their social group or to fit in. A partner may pressure the other to engage in this behavior to ensure they both appear to conform to a specific, often toxic, social standard.
  • Internalized Prejudices: The behavior may stem from internalized homophobia or sexism, where the person using the slur believes that it is a socially acceptable way to denigrate others.

Key Contextual Factors:

  • Coercive Control Defined: Coercive control is not just physical violence; it includes psychological and emotional abuse designed to control a partner’s behavior, choices, and actions.
  • Impact of the Slur: The term in question is recognized as hate speech designed to dehumanize, cause shame, and isolate, often rooted in historical oppression.
